What We Do

Synchlora LLC offers award winning expertise and a demonstrated commitment to helping leaders develop their abilities to think beyond the box to discover innovative solutions, develop fresh ideas and tap into hidden potential that can give them and their organizations a competitive edge.

We have over 10 years experience in helping hundreds of people develop their creative thinking abilities and learn how to apply these abilities in practical and often surprising ways. Our belief is that by combining the imagination of creative thinking with the analysis of critical thinking, amazing results can happen.

We offer a rich and diverse assortment of assessments to facilitate personal and organizational development, including:

Kathy Kegley, Founder and Principal Consultant

Kathy Kegley, Ph.D. is founder and principal consultant at Synchlora LLC.

Kathy is author of Idea Journal: with Inspiration from Nature and host of the conversation Creativity in Business that airs on Your Day Public Radio. She is co-author of the research paper Playing with Thinkertoys to Build Creative Abilities that describes a study demonstrating the effectiveness of training in creativity.

Kathy holds advanced degrees in computer engineering, plant and environmental science and computer science. She is adjunct in the Clemson University M.B.A. program and teaches the course Creativity and Innovation in Business.

In 2004, she received the Innovision Innovation in Education award for her innovative and effective approach to instructional design for adult learning.
